To decrease you intake of calories, cholesterol and fat, then it would be best to take in fat-free and low0fat products. Taking in milk gives you vitamin D, protein, and calcium. Taking in milk can help you build bone mass and avoid osteoporosis.
Meat and Beans
this health food group includes seeds, nuts, eggs, seafood and any kind of meat. When choosing the right and healthy meat, it would be best to choose the lean meats. Processed meat like sausage and deli meat is not very healthy, it would be best to minimize your intake of this. You can also take fish, so that you can have more omega-3 in your body system. It would be best to take in 5 to 6 ounces of this health food group every day to remain healthy. A tablespoon of peanut butter is considered 1 ounce of serving. This health food group can give you the protein that your body needs.
Oils
Included in this health food group are marinades, dressings, olive oil canola oil, nuts, avocados and many more. This health food group is rich in vitamin E to help you avoid the increase of cholesterol in your body.
